thats when I was placed on hold for an hour
And no I wont pay the 216, thats a given but the manager was just
being an ass and yes it's all recorded on my account every time I call
and talk with someone so they have a record of my conversation with
the jerk as well as his name.
I am under a contract with them for a year though otherwise I would've
had the jerk turn my service off today. If I leave early I have to
pay a 200 cancellation fee AND then I can either go with comcast or
dish and I don't want either one of those.
